aTube Catcher’s End User License Agreement (EULA)

A. ATUBE CATCHER EULA

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person, denominated the “end user” hereafter, obtaining a copy of this computer program and all the files included in conjunct called just “This software”,  “The software” or “Software” hereafter; to deal in the Software, including the rights to use, copy, publish, and/or distribute copies of it, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

The Software and all the files included with the installer must be distributed without modifications. The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies of the Software. You must not clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, IN THE HOPE THAT RESULTS USEFUL FOR THE END USER, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED FREE AND CLEAN OF ANY KIND OF HARMFUL/UNWANTED SOFTWARE.

THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT COLLECT OR REQUEST ANY KIND OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

This license restricts the use of this Software only to personal, private and educational not for profit
use. Absolutely forbidden redistribute the content downloaded with aTube Catcher in other formats or media, according to the politics on each site where the end user has entered by using aTube Catcher.

This software is designed to support sites that provide embed codes which indicate their desire for the end user to utilize their content.

The end user is legally responsible for the good use of the Software, the respect of the intellectual property rights and the compliance of the “terms of use” of the websites to which accesses by using aTube Catcher. The end user agrees and compromises itself to use this Software only to access contents for which he has authorization and using a computer or Internet connection from which he has full authorization to visualize, transfer, download or access such kind of content, in accomplishment of the local laws of its country.

aTube Catcher and its developer(s) doesn’t store, nor offer, nor host, nor share and nor provide any kind of content, therefore all the multimedia content accessed using aTube Catcher is stored and served by “EXTERNAL VIDEO/SOCIAL WEB SITES”, which are open and available to general public, and their owners and operators are the ONLY legally responsible for the content being “stored, served and/or re-transmitted” by its web servers, therefore the owners of such Web Sites are supposed to have legal authorization and rights to serve and distribute the multimedia content that THEY OFFER TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC; aTube Catcher and its developer(s) doesn’t have nor maintain any relationship with such Web Sites and therefore can’t control the content available on those sources; the end user is responsible for the acceptance of the “terms of service” of each website before the use of this software to access its content. If you feel that your copyrights might be infringed in any way, you MUST address all your complaints to those EXTERNAL VIDEO/SOCIAL WEB SITES and/or it’s maintainers, owners and operators.

*ARE NOT RELATED AND NOT MAINTAIN ANY KIND OF PARTNERSHIP, RELATIONSHIP OR COOPERATION WITH ANY VIDEO/AUDIO/SOCIAL WEB SITES.
*DOES NOT OWN, OPERATE OR CONTROL SERVERS FOR Video Streaming, Audio Streaming, Video Hosting nor Audio Hosting.
*DOESN’T COOPERATE, IN NO WAY FOR UPLOADING MULTIMEDIA CONTENT TO THIRD PARTY SERVERS.

The end user agrees to keep legally free from harm by the misuse of this software tool to the authors, developers, owners, employees and partners of aTube Catcher.

To protect copyright holders, aTube Catcher doesn’t not support technologies to circumvent security measures like encryption, DRM or copy protection technologies, including secure video protocols.

This software contains texts translated by third parties, and althought they are revised before being included, they may contain words or phrases which doesn’t represent the author’s opinions and/or thoughts.

This Software makes use of FFmpeg but doesn’t contain work derived from it and is not internally linked with it; FFmpeg is copyrighted by Fabrice Bellard and is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, to get a copy of the FFmpeg license, please go to http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html. If FFmpeg is not included within the Software the end user may be requested to download it, so the end user must agree the respective license and will be responsible to use it in a right way.

aTube Catcher doesn’t collect any personal or trackable information of the End User’s

WARNING:

It is strictly forbidden to modify the Software or any component included in anyway to alter the normal functioning and for which was designed this Software.

It is strictly forbidden to modify the installation package or embed any kind of executable code, that could be executed directly or indirectly without the explicit written permission from the author.

If you are redistributing aTube Catcher, you must include a link to the official web site, so the user always has the posibility to download the latest release or security updates.

The use of this software implies the acceptance of this agreement celebrated between the END USER and the SOFTWARE DEVELOPER/AUTHOR. Therefore the misuse of the software, use abusive, with malice against others or the explotation of any matter doesn’t contemplated in this agreement resulting in prejudice or damage against the author it will be enough reason to the immediate revocation of this usage license and the termination of this agreement.

B. Uninstall instructions

To fully Uninstall aTube Catcher you must follow this steps:

1. Open Control Panel at Start Menu
2. Open “Programs and Features” applet
3. Select “aTube Catcher”
4. Click over “Uninstall or Change”
5. Follow instructions to complete uninstall
